Terms & Conditions for Virtual Business Address Service
1. Introduction
This Agreement outlines the Terms & Conditions under which Design Print Shop LTD provides a virtual business address service to its client. By using this service, you the Client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Service
• The service allows the Client to use the Company’s address of 181 Southwark Park Road, London, SE16 3TX for business correspondence purposes only.
• The service does not provide a physical office space or allow clients to use the address for trading or as a physical location.
• You the client or any other body is allowed to use the name Design Print Shop LTD / Design Print Shop / Design Print / DPS.
3. Mail Handling & Storage
• Design Print Shop LTD will securely store mail for collection by the Client.
• Mail scanning is available as an additional service upon request.
• Forwarding your mail will be an additional service upon request.
• If you leave any mail older than six (6) months it will be destroyed; we will give advance notice before doing so, and will give clients the opportunity to collect their mail before doing so.
• You understand that the box number you select on the website will not be the box we allocate for you, we use the box allocation for our in house purpose only.
4. Proof of ID & Verification
• The client must provide valid proof of ID and business legitimacy before service commencement.
• Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of service.
• Proof of address valid from the last 3 months.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
• You may choose between monthly or yearly payment plans.
• Businesses in high-risk sectors (e.g., money transfer, crypto trading, gambling) must pay the year upfront.
6. Refund Policy
• If Design Print Shop LTD terminates the agreement, you the Client will receive a full refund for outstanding months.
• If you the client cancels, a £50 administration fee applies, and you the client will be refunded for remaining months, 2 month will need to be kept active and not cancelled as this is a period for clients to change address and last correspondences (Example: Cancelations, Confirmations of change of address etc).
• If you the client cancels while behind on payments, you must pay outstanding dues plus a £50 cancellation fee.
7. Liability Disclaimer
• Design Print Shop LTD is not responsible for you the client or client’s business activities, financial obligations or legal matters is your responsibility.
• Design Print Shop LTD does not accept liability for any legal action, bailiff visits, or debt collection attempts against you the client / your business.
• You the client, are responsible for any debt, activities, legal matters, bailiff, debt collection attempts against you the client / your business, you accept that for these situations listed plus any other unforeseen circumstances your details may be shared with a third party to resolve the matter.
• You agree to use the provided address for correspondences only.
8. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately under the following circumstances:
• You the client or your business engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• You the client or your business has failed to make payments for three (3) consecutive months.
• Other unforeseen reasons at the Company’s discretion.
9. Dispute Resolution
• The Company will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through communication.
• If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the Company may take legal action to recover outstanding payments.
10. Service Restrictions
• The Company does not impose outright industry restrictions. However, businesses in high-risk sectors must pay upfront.
• The Client agrees not to use the address for any illegal or unethical purposes.
By signing this Agreement, you agree that the date of this application is the date you signed. You the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
